The anti-American
cities and counties of California ICLEI, the International Council for Local
Environmental Initiatives, was founded in 1990 and is a Worldwide Movement of Local Governments.
The
council was established when more than 200 local governments from 43
countries convened at the inaugural conference, the World Congress of Local
Governments for a Sustainable Future, at the United Nations in New York. Their
website states as part of their purpose that the ICLEI provides technical
consulting, training, and information services to build capacity, share
knowledge, and support local government in the implementation of sustainable
development at the local level. ICLEI’s basic premise is that locally
designed initiatives can provide an effective and cost-efficient way to
achieve local, national, and global sustainability objectives. The
following quote is from the ICLEI website: “Through its international campaigns and
programs, ICLEI works with local governments to generate political awareness
of key issues; establish plans of action toward defined, concrete, measurable
targets; work toward meeting these targets through the implementation of
projects; and evaluate local and cumulative progress toward sustainable
development. Our campaigns, programs, and projects
promote Local Agenda 21 as a participatory, long-term, strategic planning
process that addresses local sustainability while protecting global common
goods. Linking local action to internationally agreed upon goals and targets
such as Agenda 21, the Rio Conventions, the Habitat Agenda, the Millennium
Development Goals and the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation is an essential
component. A fundamental component of our performance-based
campaign model is the milestone process. Each campaign
incorporates a five-milestone structure that participating local governments
work through: (1) establish a baseline; (2) set a target; (3) develop a local
action plan; (4) implement the local action plan; and (5) measure results. Moving
from Agenda to Action During the Local Government Session at
the World Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa (August 2002), local
government leaders from around the world, as well as representatives from the
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Environment
Programme (UNEP), UN-HABITAT and the World Health Organization (WHO), joined
ICLEI in launching Local Action 21 as the next phase of Local Agenda 21
(LA21). Local Action 21 will support local governments' ongoing efforts in
response to Agenda 21, the Rio Conventions, the Habitat Agenda and the
Millennium Declaration. Local Action 21 was launched as a motto
for the second decade of LA21. It is a mandate to local authorities worldwide
to move from agenda to action and ensure an accelerated implementation of
sustainable development. Local Action 21 will strengthen the LA21 movement of
local governments to create sustainable communities and cities while
protecting global common goods.” The ICLEI's
growing membership is comprised of over 1,200 cities, towns and counties Listed
below are those cities and counties in California who are supporting
implementation of United Nations’ policy, Agenda 21 -Sustainable Development,
within the sovereign borders of the United States. They
are all listed on the ICLEI
website as members and as such have made the commitment to implementing
Agenda 21 in the sovereign USA for the “global common good”. Agenda 21 is
anti-American policy. The
American people, who are guided by an individualist constitution, never voted
that we wanted United Nations’ socialist-collectivist policy, Agenda 21,
guiding our cities and counties into the future for the “global common
good”. These
cities are committed to imposing collective rights over individual rights on
the principal of “global common good” while our Bill of Rights is
subverted. Therefore,
in my mind, logic says that makes the following cities and counties

Rights”. It is not “The
Declaration of Independence”.
And it is not the “U.S. Constitution”.
It has never been decided on by the American people that “Agenda 21”
should be our new bible. Our guiding
light into the 21st century. It is
being pushed on us by a bunch of self righteous elitist like Nancy
Pelosi. It empowers those who agree
and indoctrinates those who do not, and you are going to think you are having
a bad dream when it comes into your home. |
Casper Wink, married to Gertrude Kemp,
was also one of the early settlers. They reared six children; Catherine, the
eldest daughter, born in 1728, and Theobald, the eldest son, in 1733. The
latter was the father of sons named Philip, John, Peter, Jacob (a Revolutionary
soldier) and Dewalt. His daughters married Isaac Roberts, Jacob Levan, John
Heidenreich (father of Judge Wm. S. Heidenreich), John Hausman and Daniel Kemp.
A brother of Theobald Wink, John Peter, born in 1745, went to the Revolutionary
War and never returned. Dewalt Wink, son of Theobald, born in 1776, was married
to a daughter of George A. Fister, also a Revolutionary soldier, and who was
the grandfather of Colonel Thomas A. Fister. He was the father of eleven sons
and two daughters, among the former being John G. Wink, of Kutztown. Casper
Wink was a Catholic and a faithful colonist, having his allegiance certified,
which reads as follows:
