oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched,
and the persons or things to be seized. Law
enforcement does not have the right to stop you and search you without
probable cause and probable cause is not just the fact you are driving your
car. But
as I’ve said, too many folks are willing to give up freedom for a sense of
security and now the camel has moved into the tent. Congress
To Fund Massive Expansion Of TSA Checkpoints Paul Joseph Watson Congress is set to give the green light
on funding for a massive expansion of TSA checkpoints, with the federal
agency already responsible for over 9,000 such checkpoints in the last year
amidst increased fears America is turning into a police state following the
passage of the ‘indefinite detention’ bill. The increase in funding has nothing to do
with the TSA’s role in airports – this is about creating 12 more VIPR teams
to add the federal agency’s 25 units that are already scattered across the
country and responsible for manning checkpoints on highways, in bus and train
terminals, at sports events and even high school prom nights. The appearance of thousands more
checkpoints on America’s highways and at key transport hubs will only
heighten concerns that the country is headed towards a Soviet-style police
state. Such fears were again expressed last week
following the passage of the National Authorization Defense Act, a provision
of which empowers the government to arrest Americans and hold them in a
detention camp with no legal recourse. The TSA is being used as a literal
occupying army to ensure Americans who travel anywhere are constantly under

destroy or save Social Security? The
worst are those implying one political party wants to push grandma off a
cliff or force her to eat cat food, yet here we are. Now
Dumb and Dumber are fighting over a payroll tax cut that provides revenue for
Social Security. Who
is lying? Because in my mind this so called “tax holiday” is an attack on the
Social Security revenue stream which is EXACTLY the problem. This
is really you not funding your own retirement account. According
to ABC News: The
one-year cut to Social Security’s funding stream decreased federal revenues
by $112 billion in 2011, but the already-dwindling trust fund for Social
Security remained untouched because
the government borrowed extra money to fill the gap, adding instead to the
$1.3 trillion deficit. “On
paper [the payroll tax cut] does nothing to Social Security,” said Andrew
Biggs, a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. “It is just
as solvent as it was before. But that’s not the sort of bookkeeping that you
would do in the private sector.” “The
problem here is that the payroll tax doesn’t go into general revenue, it
supports Social Security,” Senator Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., the No. 2 Republican in
the Senate said on “Fox News Sunday.” “And you can’t keep extending the
payroll tax holiday and have a secure Social Security.” When
will the needs of the people be the reason for legislating rather than
political posture? They
are all idiots and deserve to be replaced. Merry

issue should be the most important issue used by voters to choose our next
President? Should
it be their stand on the economy and jobs? Moral issues like abortion, stem
cell research and gay marriage? Foreign policy, foreign aid, isolationism?
Military strength and world positioning of our troops? World appeasement? Our
money and the FED? What
if I told you there is the very real possibility that the Country our
Founders provided for us along with its Constitution and Bill of Rights could
go away permanently, that our boarders could melt away, that freedom and
liberty would be further impugned, that religious access would be restricted
or prohibited, then would any of the issues I mentioned above even matter? If
we don’t stop UN Agenda 21, if we don’t kill the cancer – sustainable
development - then none of the issues first mentioned will matter. UN
Agenda 21 – Sustainable Development must be expunged from our Country. The
scare tactics used to sell sustainable development have been proven to be
just scaremongering. There is no such thing as manmade global warming or peak
oil. We are not running out of energy or water or land to live on. You could
dump all the garbage developed in the entire USA over the next one thousand
years in a hole 300 feet deep 35 miles square. That is equivalent to one-tenth of 1 percent of the range land now
available for grazing in the continental United States. (see article) We need a President that will reverse President
Clinton’s EO, that will do away with any regulation that is based on so
called sustainable development, that will cut funding to all soviet style
councils and bureaucracies. So far only one person running for President has said
he would do this and that is Newt Gingrich.

wasn't a Jew... Then they came for me.” Yesterday,
one of the big national news stories was the story about the 8 year old being
placed in foster care because he was larger than some in our society feel is
healthy. Here
are a couple quotes from the story as reported by Cleveland.com: “Cuyahoga
County does not have a specific policy on dealing with obese children. It
removed the boy because case workers considered this mother's inability to
get her son's weight down a form of medical neglect, said Mary Louise
Madigan, a spokeswoman for the Department of Children and Family Services. They
said that the child's weight gain was caused by his environment… Lawyers
for the mother, a substitute elementary school teacher who is also taking
vocational school classes, think the county has overreached in this case by
arguing that medical conditions the boy is at risk for -- but doesn't yet
have -- pose an imminent danger to his health. There
was even a discussion about getting the foster mother additional help or
moving the child again, this time to a foster home with a personal trainer,
Amata said. "I
wonder why they didn't offer the mother that kind of extra help," Amata
said.” To
me, the real and only purpose for removing the boy from his parent was
“control” and that is how collectivists work. They want to control your life
because you aren’t smart enough to do it on your own. The
real truth behind this Gestapo tactic is in the last sentence quoted from the
Cleveland article. It poses a substantive question and that is: If the
Department of Children and Family Services was willing to place the boy in a
foster home (which means the foster parent receives government money) and
include a “personal trainer” why
didn't they offer the mother that kind of extra help? If
you have children you might want to think about how this could become your
nightmare. How long before some other so called “health” concern will be used
to control parents? I
can see it now: School nurse: Johnny is there any kind of firearm in your
house where you sleep? (Is this medical neglect?)
BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BLAME Bill-Wink © 11/05/2011 During
times of national tumult, like we are experiencing with so many folks losing
everything they ever owned, it is easy to get caught up in the blame game and
become a “useful idiot” for those who seek something entirely different than
you might have been striving for. When
pre World War II Germany’s economy was in chaos a group came forward and promised
they could change everything for the better, they saw the problem with the
economy as being the Jew’s fault. Fascism blames an ethnic group and seeks
the final solution. Today
in the United States an ethnic group is not being blamed but an economic
class is the target of protest. Communism blames a class of people for the
ills of society and a member of this class
is considered bourgeoisie and is a bourgeois or capitalist. When you listen to the ongoing debate regarding Occupy
Wall Street it seems to me that folks want the Bankers punished. But punished
for what? Some have said they broke the law but that then begs the question;
if they broke the law why isn’t the government prosecuting them? I’ll tell you why, because they didn’t break any laws.
So who really allowed all this economic chaos to happen? The government, so
why aren’t these folks protesting in Washington D.C.? Because this economic crisis is being exploited by
every group who hates America, Capitalism and the fact individuals have rights.
Look for yourself. This is not about punishing the Bankers; this is about
defeating Capitalism and permanently changing America to a collectivist

echoing my sentiments.
Since
returning from Charleston, SC I have realized my voice is now just one of
many who are singing the song about protecting freedom and liberty from those
who seek to destroy America. It is no longer a solo but is a chorus of voices
and many of those voices today belong to folks who are in a position to make
change and for that I am grateful. Therefore,
I no longer feel the need to raise the alarm.
My midnight ride is winding down; although I’m sure from time to time
I may still feel compelled to speak my mind. Over
the past six plus years I have produced and published on the Internet over
200 pages of text trying to warn you of the impending doom our nation faces.
But I’m also telling you, it doesn’t have to end that way, it is up to you. I
have written: God
is not on your side, you must be on God’s side. I
introduced you to “Agenda 21 – Sustainable Development” I
told you “environmentalism was a religion”. I
explained and defined “sustainable development”. I
told you it was a conspiracy to destroy America. I
took it from my town in California to my County to my State to the President. I
showed you what a soviet was. I
exposed those working against America. I
told you to prepare. I
exposed you to forces beyond our control. I
explained the difference between a Democracy and a Constitutional Republic. I
introduced you to the “lowest common denominator” which is Individualism Vs
Collectivism and much more. Now
you must do your part to put this ship, the USS United States of America, on
her proper course and that course is found in the Declaration
of Independence, the Constitution
of the United States of America and the Bill of

States of America Our
individualism differs from all others because it embraces these great ideals:
that while we build our society upon the attainment of the individual, we
shall safeguard to every individual an equality of opportunity to take that
position in the community to which his intelligence, character, ability, and
ambition entitle him; that we keep the social solution free from frozen strata
of classes; that we shall stimulate effort of each individual to achievement;
that through an enlarging sense of responsibility and understanding we shall
assist him to this attainment; while he in turn must stand up to the emery
wheel of competition. In
our individualism we have long since abandoned the laissez faire of the 18th
Century - the notion that it is "everyman for himself and the devil take
the hindmost." We abandoned that when we adopted the ideal of equality
of opportunity - the fair chance of Abraham Lincoln. Whatever
may be the case with regard to Old World Individualism (and we have given
more back to Europe than we have received from her) the truth that is
important for us to grasp today is that there is a world of difference between
the principles and spirit of Old World individualism and that which we have
developed in our country. I
refuse to be damned by anybody's world-classification of it, such as
"capitalism," "plutocracy," "proletariat" or
"middle class," or any other, or to any kind of compartment that is
based on the assumption of some group dominating somebody else. The
social force in which I am interested is far higher and far more precious a
thing than all these. It springs from something infinitely more enduring; it
springs from the one source of human progress - that each individual shall be
given the chance and stimulation for development of the best with which he
has been endowed in heart and mind; it is the sole source of progress; it is
American individualism. The
rightfulness of our individualism can rest either on philosophic, political,
economic, or spiritual grounds. It can rest on the ground of being the only
safe avenue to further human progress.
INTRINSIC NATURE OF RIGHTS I believe that only individuals have rights, not the collective
group; that these rights are intrinsic to each individual, not granted by the

need are better served by charity, which is the giving of one's own money,
than by welfare, which is the giving of other people's money through coercion
of law. EQUALITY UNDER LAW I believe that all citizens should be equal under law, regardless of
their national origin, race, religion, gender, education, economic status,
life style, or political opinion. Likewise, no class should be given
preferential treatment, regardless of the merit or popularity of its cause. To
favor one class over another is not equality under law. PROPER ROLE OF GOVERNMENT I believe that the proper role of government is
negative, not positive; defensive, not aggressive. It is to protect, not to
provide; for if the state is granted the power to provide for some, it must
also be able to take from others, and once that power is granted, there are
those who will seek it for their advantage. It always leads to legalized
plunder and loss of freedom. If government is powerful enough to give us everything
we want, it is also powerful enough to take from us everything we have.
