you are in business your paper work and record keeping was just increased
immensely by the healthcare reform law.
Oh sure, you will have to keep records of and meet the new health
insurance requirements but that’s not where the record keeping load will come
from, no it will come from the new tax law requirement that was part of the
bill. Starting
January 1, 2012 you will have to keep accurate records of all your purchases
and if you buy more than $600. of goods and/or services from any one supplier
you will have to file a form 1099 reflecting the total purchases. So,
if you go to Costco and buy supplies and that total is over $600/year you
will need Costco’s tax ID#, the address of where to send their copy of the
form 1099 and you will have to get it to them before the end of January of
the following year and you will have to do that for every supplier that you
do $600 of business with. Oh, and
don’t forget, you’ll receive a 1099 from any business that you supplied that
meets the criteria too. This
new requirement for business was factored in as one additional means of
paying for the new health care law as well as a means to insure small
business pays their share of taxes. "Just
with business travel it would include hotels, rental cars," Henschke says.
"Phone service: 1099. Computer service: 1099. Whoever does your postage
meter: 1099. You do a little advertising, Yellow Pages: 1099. Your landlord:
1099. You might as well just keep them in your pocket and hand them out as

That there never was going to be a college, that we were all sold a
“bill of goods”, that we were flimflammed and that this was just another idea
from BORT to promote Lake County and Guenoc Winery and Guenoc was all for it
because they never ever gave up anything including control of and benefitting
from the land while not paying any taxes.
But BORT got in over their head and Robey convinced the County to step
in and take BORT’s place. That even
though County Counsel told them they couldn’t legally do it, they did
anyway. That county counsel found a
very questionable avenue for accepting the land but warned once they did they
would become the owners but the Board just ignored the entire event including
being responsible representatives of the people. And now they want us to believe they can
just “unwind” an evil deed perpetrated against the Lake County Taxpayers. I
have pursued this issue for years and have never been given any satisfactory
answers to many direct questions. In
fact I scared Ed Robey so bad he refused to ever talk to me again and I’m
convinced I was too close to the truth. And
now, even though Jim Comstock was very much aware of my concerns regarding
this issue, he did not even extend me the courtesy of notifying me of a
pending action because he knew I would want to address the Board. But I’m not
really surprised because I have a track record with Jim Comstock and he is
not the person some think he is. Jim

Casper Wink, married to Gertrude Kemp,
was also one of the early settlers. They reared six children; Catherine, the
eldest daughter, born in 1728, and Theobald, the eldest son, in 1733. The
latter was the father of sons named Philip, John, Peter, Jacob (a Revolutionary
soldier) and Dewalt. His daughters married Isaac Roberts, Jacob Levan, John
Heidenreich (father of Judge Wm. S. Heidenreich), John Hausman and Daniel Kemp.
A brother of Theobald Wink, John Peter, born in 1745, went to the Revolutionary
War and never returned. Dewalt Wink, son of Theobald, born in 1776, was married
to a daughter of George A. Fister, also a Revolutionary soldier, and who was
the grandfather of Colonel Thomas A. Fister. He was the father of eleven sons
and two daughters, among the former being John G. Wink, of Kutztown. Casper
Wink was a Catholic and a faithful colonist, having his allegiance certified,
which reads as follows:

two days it will be the 66th anniversary of D-Day, the invasion of
Europe. On
that day, June 6, 1944, American casualties were 1465 dead, 3184 wounded,
1928 missing and 26 captured. Over 12,000 lost their lives leading up to this
first bold step to liberate Europe from Tyranny. And
today, our own country is involved in reversing that step. For years now I have been telling you about a
conspiracy called Agenda 21 - Sustainable Development that is the blue print
for the “new world order” or “one world government” in the 21st Century.
I have listed various groups and organizations that play their part in this
conspiracy and they are not hard to find because they are doing this right
under your nose. Sovereignty is a no-no in one world; therefore, we have
the European Union with a single currency and an appointed governing board. One of the exclusive groups who are the puppeteers of
this diabolical plot is the Bilderberg Club. “That
is the thing about the Bilderberg group’s top secret meetings: you never know
quite what is going on behind the police checkpoints, …but the Bilderberg
watcher Daniel Estulin claims to have a copy of the agenda. The big question
this time around is whether the euro will survive. “They are afraid that the
countries in trouble will leave and the euro will fall apart,” said Mr.
Estulin. “The biggest nightmare is if EU members return to nationally
orientated policies.” There
it is in black and white: “The biggest nightmare is if EU members return to
nationally orientated policies.” America’s Path to Serfdom In
an essay by Maurice Strong entitled Stockholm to Rio: A Journey Down a
Generation, he says: "Strengthening
the role the United Nations can play...will require serious examination of
the need to extend into the international arena the rule of law and the
principle of taxation to finance agreed actions which provide the basis for
governance at the national level. But this will not come about easily.
Resistance to such changes is deeply entrenched. They will come about not
through the embrace of full blown world government, but as a careful and
pragmatic response to compelling imperatives and the inadequacies of
alternatives." So,
the “compelling imperative” is: Rampant problems with illegal aliens
in the Southern Border States. The
“inadequate alternative” is: Sealing the border, enforcing the law and
deporting the aliens. The
“pragmatic response” is: Find a path to legalize all 12,000,000
illegals and collect taxes from them, amnesty. Now
you can start to understand why there is nothing being done to close our
southern border and that is; we can’t have “nationality” and be the North American Union which will consist of Canada, Mexico and

liberal progressives lament: What
happens to our country's economy if 20 million people go away? Illegal
aliens pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes etc. Well
another point of view was put forth in an email I received this morning. That
email contained some startling other facts about what would happen if all the
illegal aliens suddenly left our country. “In
California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would
leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt
hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and
less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the
dominant language again. In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and
grand-kids would move back 'home', mostly to Mexico. That would
save Coloradans an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 billion)
annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and
incarceration costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver
alone. Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror
that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don
Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death,
accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals. Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67% drop-out/flunk-out rate
because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different
languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from our gridlocked cities
in Colorado. In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back
to America, the rule of law, and English. In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals,
schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free
experience. If 20 million illegal aliens returned 'home', the U.S. Economy would
return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a
living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they
wouldn't be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401
Billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for
local, state and city coffers. No more push '1' for Spanish or '2' for English. No more confusion in
American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade
the educational system for American kids. Our over-crowded schools would lose
more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and
free breakfasts and lunches. We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more
than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who
distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country. In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the '18th Street Gang' would
vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from
Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters! Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways
and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by
illegal aliens! America's economy is drained. Taxpayers are harmed. Employers get rich.
Over $80 billion annually wouldn't return to the aliens' home countries by
cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which
further drains America's economy which currently suffers an $8.7 trillion
debt. At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country,
costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in
California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of
being bankrupt out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA
Act. Americans wouldn't suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant
in our country-brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders. Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid
locking our cities. It would also put the 'progressives' on the horns of a
dilemma; illegal aliens and their families’ cause 11% of our greenhouse
gases. Over one million of Mexico's poorest citizens now live inside and along
our border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in what the New
York Times called, 'colonias' or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living
areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth,
diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage,
clean water, streets, roads, electricity, or any kind of sanitation. The New York Times reported them to be America's new 'Third World'
inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they
expect 20 million residents of those colonias. (I've seen them personally in
Texas and Arizona; it's sickening beyond anything you can imagine.) By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico. We
should invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make
a better life in Mexico. We already invite a million people into our country
legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must
not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing
lawlessness at every level in our nation. It's time to stand up for our
country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life.” Interesting. Update: Substantiating information 1. $14 billion

6/22/2010 We’ve
been here before and more than one President has acted boldly on behalf of
the American Citizens. But today our legislators and current President
continue to fail us. Hoover,
Truman and Eisenhower, when faced with unemployment issues, took bold steps
to put Americans back to work. FROM: Wikipedia “Operation Wetback in action” (1954) The
effort began in California and Arizona, and coordinated 1075 Border Patrol
agents, along with state and local police agencies, to mount an aggressive
crackdown. Tactics employed included going as far as systematic police sweeps
of Mexican-American neighborhoods, and random stops and ID checks of
"Mexican-looking" people in a region with many Native Americans and
native Hispanics. In some cases, illegal immigrants were deported along with
their American-born minor dependent children. This occurred despite the fact
the children were, according to the Supreme Court's interpretation of the
14th amendment, citizens of the United States. Some 750 agents targeted
agricultural areas with a goal of 1000 apprehensions per day. By the end of
July, over 50,000 immigrants were caught in the two states. An estimated
488,000 illegal immigrants are claimed to have left voluntarily, for fear of
being apprehended. By September, 80,000 had been taken into custody in Texas,
and the INS estimates that 500,000 to 700,000 had left Texas of their accord.
To discourage illicit re-entry, buses and trains took many deportees deep
within Mexican territory, prior to releasing them. Tens of thousands more
were deported by two chartered ships, the Emancipation and the Mercurio. The
ships ferried them from Port Isabel, Texas, to Veracruz, Mexico, more than
500 miles (800 kilometers) to the south. Some were taken as far as 1,000
miles. Deportation by sea was ended after seven deportees jumped overboard
from the Mercurio and drowned, provoking a mutiny which led to a public
outcry in Mexico. |
